MBSR Course Content

- Mindfulness practice sitting, walking and lying down
- Mindful bodywork with gentle yoga
- Short lectures and group discussions on key topics such as managing stress or pain and dealing with difficult emotions.

Regular practicing and meditation at home

With the support of MP3s, the exercises are regularly practiced at home. Consistent practice is a crucial element in cultivating mindfulness. To integrate the program's content into daily life, participants are expected to commit to a practice time of approximately 30 to 45 minutes at home, six days a week, for the duration of the 8-week program.

This MBSR course is certified by the ZPP (Central Testing and Certification Body in Germany), meaning you can rely on both the quality of the course and the instructor, and you may also be able to have part of the costs reimbursed by your health insurance.
