Celtic for "gently arriving" or mindfulness, "bog ann" describes a state of gentleness and acceptance in the moment. Through a mindful and compassionate attitude, we can gently and calmly arrive in new situations, embrace changes, and develop a deeper understanding of ourselves. This culture and philosophy are consistently reflected in my counseling and courses and shape my journey.
