Durch eine achtsame und mitfühlende Haltung können wir sanft und gelassen in neuen Situationen ankommen, Veränderungen annehmen und ein tieferes Verständnis für uns selbst entwickeln. Diese Kultur und Philosophie sind durchgehend in meiner Beratung und meinen Kursen zu sehen und prägen meine Arbeit.
